Company’s roots go back to 1996, when the Group has been established. At the beginning, we were acting as distributors of brands such as Calvin Klein, Lacoste, Nautica, Moose Knuckles, Speedo and as well a licensee of Ellesse.
Our global headquarters are in Miami and the Group is a parent company of three brands: AlphaStyle, Societe Illegale & Phinity all based in different locations. Group has regional offices in Dublin, Ireland and Madrid, Spain.

The Group has relationship with over 200 retailers in USA alone, on the global level that number exceeds 500.
